In this lab we will be developing a chatbot with GeneXus and we will put it to work in WhatsApp.
Given an example reality, we will see the basic concepts necessary to create a conversational interface independently of the artificial intelligence engine chosen for the solution and also, we will integrate with Twilio to access WhatsApp.
